On Sunday, January 18th, we will welcome the return of Amador County resident Wendell Martin to the hotel for a performance of new material in his portrayal of Mark Twain. Dressed in the customary white suit, Martin plays Twain as a 70-year-old, speaking in a slow, gruff, whiskey-soaked drawl, relating the foibles and follies of his fellow man and weaving each tale and story as if he expects everyone to believe. A highlight of this performance is a dramatically told story from a novel or short story written by Twain.

The performance starts at 7 pm. Reservations are available for dinner prior to the performance with seating between 5 - 5:30 pm. Tickets for the performance are $15/person for the show only, $45 for dinner and show and advance purchase by calling or emailing the hotel is recommended!
